Why Brittany?

I am running to remain an Elected Director because I want to prioritize and expand membership wellbeing and create inclusive spaces that allow all AILA members to thrive even in times of chaos.

AILA is, at its heart, a bar association that is built to serve its members. That means the organization has to be attuned to the needs of its members and proactively offer resources to improve not only your legal knowledge, but also your health and wellness. We must continue the discussion around attorney wellbeing, encourage members to be vulnerable and share their stories, and provide support and guidance about how to cope with the stressors of being an immigration attorney.

Because I want AILA to accomplish these things and more, I am asking for your vote.

Call me. Email me. We are in this together.

Not just in the community, but working for the community.
